Our Team
CW McKay
Founder
CW’s passion for the outdoors and his entrepreneurial spirit started at the age of 10 when he started a landscaping business.
He worked hard, and by the time he was a senior in high school, his clientele had grown significantly, serving over 40 houses.
In 1993, he founded Turf Plus Outdoor Living, and he is proud of the company he has built and its impact on his clients’ lives.
Jennifer sebesta
accounting manager
Jennifer began her long career with Turf Plus Outdoor Living & CNC Tree Services almost 20 years ago. She currently leads the Accounting Office for both companies but spent most of her time in her prior roles of Operations Manager and Office Manager.
The one constant, no matter what the position is, she always believes in providing great client experiences.
